Rate of Pay:
48,500 per year
Benefits:
Salaried associates are entitled to ten (10) days of paid time off (PTO) after one (1) year of consecutive employment. After 90 days (about 3 months) of employment, full-time, year-round employees are eligible for the following paid holidays according to Resort policy as follows; Six (6) paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. A personal day is also provided after one (1) year of consecutive service. You will accrue four (4) hours of sick time for each month of employment, up to twelve (12) months. Associates will begin accruing sick time upon hire but will not be eligible for use until after ninety (90) days of employment.
Complimentary free meal per shift worked.
Shuttle provided at the cost of $2 per day. May want to purchase car or moped if you do not want to use shuttle.
The cost of housing for the managers would be $290.00 Biweekly as our payroll is biweekly. This may fluctuate as we renew the leases plus, monthly utilities.
Two managers share a room and 4 to a manager’s apartment.
You will observe the Company’s regular attendance hours. As a Full-Time associate, you will be expected to work at least forty (40) hours per week. However, there is an expectation that the necessary time is committed to complete the job responsibilities.
Airport pick-up may or may not be available. Coordinate upon arrival. It is recommended to take Uber or Lyft it arrangements cannot be made.
Suggested airport to fly into is Charleston International.

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:
• You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
• You have shown consistent career growth over the last years
• You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
